Welcome back to all of last year’s Nursery children and welcome to our new starters! We are so lucky to have such fabulous children in the Nursery.
Our topics
Our first mini topic this term was ‘This Is Me!’ which was a lovely way for the children and staff to get to know each other. We have also looked at seasonal events such as Autumn, Bonfire Night and Remembrance Sunday alongside our main topics.
In January, we will be following a whole school creative topic, which will end in a mini exhibition of the children’s work.
Welly Walks
We’ve been lucky enough to go out on a couple of Welly Walks this term. We went to the park, looked for signs of Autumn and collected different coloured leaves and conkers. In January, we’re going to make some bird feeders and take them to hang outside and in the woods behind our school.
