           EISTEDDFOD 2019!!

From the week beginning Monday 18 February we will be holding a Welsh Week including an Eisteddfod to celebrate our Welsh heritage. Would the children please come to school in Welsh costume/Rugby Shirt on Thursday 21 February.

We will also be holding our annual Welsh home-school project – children are invited to create a piece of work that symbolises Wales – this could be in the form of craft, a drawing, painting, 3D model, design a new Welsh flag, poem, a factual piece of writing, about a welsh celebrity or sports person.  There will be a certificate for all those taking part. We look forward to seeing your wonderful creations after half term.

Our Welsh lunch will be on Thursday 21 February, there will be Welsh Cakes for dessert.
