Mindfulness is now a part of the school day for many children in Abbey. Below you can find information on mindfulness, along with the benefits of practising it.

What is Mindfulness?

At its most basic level, mindfulness equips you with the skill of training the attention by attending to and focusing on whatever is happening in any given moment. When we teach mindfulness to children, we equip them with tools to build self-esteem, manage stress, and skillfully approach challenges.
